So how many packs of seeds, and are they all labeled?

Yes, all labeled. As far as how many, no I am unsure but all people getting seeds have been pleased. There can be 5-20 seeds in each baggy or packet i make, and i will be sending at least, bare minimum, 5 kinds, but i always add lots so i can't say for sure.
