I don't remember where I came across this item. Probably in a bag of clothes I got for my granddaughter, Hannah. Well ,Hannah is going to be 13 and is taller than I am, so needless to say, she has out-grown it.

Picture #4 shows the oddest thing about this dress.
It's to hold a battery... I suppose to light up the dress.
I don't know about you, but I think that's a little scary.
If it were up to me, I would take this gadget out.
Beside, when your little Baby Girl walks into a room with this on, she will light it up with her smile alone.

what size is it

All I know is what it says on the tag, "Medium." I think that as it is probably a costume, that it is sized a little diffently. Shoulder to shoulder is about 12", collar to hem is approx. 28" and waist is18"-20". sleeves are about 12" and appear to be 3/4 length.

I'm really not able to tell, Sandra, as I don't have a 4 yr. old around to measure with. I know that sounds saracstic, but it's not really meant to be. If I did have one of my kids when they were 4, they were huge...so that would not be a good measurement. Of course my grand kids are 13, 15 and embryo, so that doesn't help either. I hope my measurements above will help a little. I appreciate you question.
