This is a new 2 pack of ClearQuest Washable Cover-Ups. Size Small. One is light pink and white striped, the other is black with white polka dots.Package front says:

(The box says to use ClearQuest Diaper Liners, but just an FYI any normal panty liners work just fine.)
Full disclosure: These for my dog, and I did try the pink striped one on her. It was a little too snug for her so I went and bought a medium set which fit her better. They were never actually used but as I said, I did open the box and try the pink ones on her.
