FREE: Vintage 1950's Golden Bell Cigarette/Cigar Lighter

Here up for bids is a vintage Golden Bell Cigarette/Cigar lighter made in the 1950's era. It has been difficult to find anymore specifications on this lighter. The lighter reads "GOLDEN BELL JAPAN" on the bottom of lighter (as can be seen in the second photo). The lighter seems to be functional, I believe that all it may need is a flint and some fluid but I am not sure as I don't use lighters to light my cigars only matches. This was purchased a few months ago and being offered as is. Please enlarge the photos to see the exact condition of lighter, I tried to take as many pictures as possible.
