I'm sorry to bother u but can u explain why I got my listing flagged and removed for using word Pandora? I have found several auctions for real pandora and auctions for charms that fit pandora, so do u know why mine is bad? Emailed Listia & not getting answers. I think they only flag the ones that say Pandora but aren't authentic. I had a few sterling euro style beads that many called "pandora style", I had it flagged b/c you can't use the brand name if the item isn't the actual brand. Don't know all the specifics, but it's in the rules. If yours were authentic and stamped (.925 ALE or Pandora) to authenticate, I don't know why.

Sorry that I was confusing....there is no auction bc Listia removed it! They emailed me & said it's bc I used name Pandora in my listing and I can't use a trademarks name. My title was: 3 Beautiful Charms..(will fit pandora bracelets). Now I was thinking maybe bc mine aren't actual pandora, BUT that's what I said! I wasn't passing them off as actual pandora! I know they fit bc I have real pandora and wore these charms on mine so I'm not lying! Other people have stated the same exact thing as me & were/are not flagged. Oh well, I'll realist again and not mention pandora in listing, but that sucks bc then people won't know they fit pan bracelet.THANKS SO MUCH & APOLOGIZE 4 taking your time!

I'm not a lawyer, but I think there may be legal reasons for the use of the brand name. I'm not sure why the others are up, maybe they haven't been noticed yet. If you put "fits European style" bracelets, everyone will know what that means. Good luck with them! :)

I had mine pulled for saying Pandora-like. Now I use the term euro style. That is the generic term for Pandora, so to speak.

The Pandora &/or 925/ALE stamp. With this auction, it's the Pandora stamp. With the beads, it can be either. The murano beads are blended smoothly between the silver & glass than the fake ones I've seen (don't know about yours though) and are heavier-solid silver through the center. The solid silver ones have a finer detail & no area that look mashed or damaged-don't know how else to explain that. BTW, this bracelet has never had a fake one on it. I've heard that the fake ones can damage the clip areas (don't know if it's true but it isn't a concern with this one anyway). Thanks for the question, hope this helped! :)

I won a supposely pandora fully loaded bracelet,the ends had been taken off glued with crazy glue in four places,a little dangle charm that says pandora i have my douts anyone know of the little charm j would be interested to know
