sorry it took so long. It weight a little over 13 pounds. The cheapest way would be a large priority box. I believe they are around 15 or 16 no matter what the weight

Sorry to bother you again but I have one more question. I was looking at this online and noticed I need the converter to emboss. Since you list this as a cutter/embossed, does that mean the converter is included?
