Unfortunately he never got to use his Cd it is brand new in white sleeve and has the number on back. So if you need to find your password here you go its yours. With free shipping!!!

No he passed away in August 2010 thank you for asking though, He never even opened the cd . I gave the laptop away I knew nothing about listia at that time. Thank you for asking and caring .

I'm sorry for the loss of your beloved son , sassybrez. Just wondering will it work on different computers ? Because I have 2 different computers that I am locked out of , 'cause I forgot the passwords. And to pdkerns , what other way do you know of , to get around lhis problem. If you don't mind telling me. I'm still going to bid on this cd though. Fanned you two. Plzz fan back.

I am not sure of any other way around it . Hopefully some one on here will see it and know. I know how to list on listia, e-mail, fb and a few others lol. Its is supposed to work on all computers. I am not sure if I find out in the meantime I will let you know. I hope you get it and if you do not maybe someone will e-mail and let you know .. I gave my sons laptop away and did not even try to find out. The disc was never opened. And the person who I gave the laptop to I have no way to contact sorry :( If I find out a solution I would be more than happy to help you out ....

`yes there is ways around it without the cd depending on what your tryin to get into and sorry bout ur loss its the hardest thing to do to lose a child of ur own i lost mine at 8wks so horrible best of luck to ya and god bless

My sons friend gave him these two desktop computers that belonged to his son and he gave them to us because he just didn't want them anymore. Now his son lives out of state and said he don't remember the passwords. I didn't see a password reset button either. Please help.

My son ordered this because he did not have a password reset either Terry. He ordered this disc to get into his laptop and never got to use it, When he passed I gave the laptop away and just found this disc a few days ago did not even know I had it.

For some reason that was not working on my son's laptop he had the settings set like that some people do not have that option due to their settings that is why he had ordered this .

this is a great tool. if you don't win this fan me and I'll tell you another way to reset any Windows password. in addition be aware there are BIOS passwords and windows passwords. BIOS passwords won't even load windows until entered.
