I purchased these rings last month along w/ 4 other sets for my daughter. She was getting married & I offered to get some sets of rings for her to choose from. I am selling the 3 sets she didn't choose.
These rings came from China & I ordered Sz 9 mens and sz 8 womans. On them (the tags) they have sz. 17 and 18. In China they do sizes differently then US.
My personal opinion is that the rings are more like a size 7 1/2 womans and sz 8 1/2 mens. Thats my guess. The sz does seem to be slightly off but only due to the difference of countries.
These rings are beautiful and would make wonderful promise rings or even make a nice gift for a couple you know. You could also have the inside of the bands engraved to make them personal.

If GIN is used I will be adding a very special and collectable small personal jewerly box. Big enough to fit a set of rings or a necklace, bracelet, earrings, etc... The box is made of metal, has a velour bottom lining and is magnetized to stay closed. They are very pretty and collectable. the rings are just plain titanium steel? they don't have any design or writing on them like the ones in the pictures of the rings?
