A new screen/ digitizer is $35 on Amazon ( trying to help you out. It's very easy to replace! I just fixed mine.

You take the bottom two screws out and carefully lift the screen ( you'll need a kit for this, they're cheap) and there is a plate that has 4 screws, take that off, then there are 2 ribbons that come off like Legos and you simply put the new digitizer complete set in and snap the screen back down and put the plate back on lol then the 2 screws at the bottom and it's like new. (:
