How do they curl ur hair and is there an instruction sheet to this set

You wrap your hair around the stick, then you fasten it by inserting the end through the loop. You can make it tight or loose, depending on how tightly you wrap your hair, & how tightly you fasten them. It goes pretty quick to curl your hair this way. The # of sticks works well. I have med-lenth thick hair, & they're enough for me. Hope this helps! Thanks for your interest. : )

You clean them by wipng them with a damp cloth-no harsh cleaners. I've had these a while-I believe I bought them from a big box store, like Walmart or Kmart. I don't use them anymore because I have a different hairstyle that I don't need to use them with.
