This is a Lefton mini creamer, the Rose Chintz pattern.
It stands 3 " tall and 2 1/2 " from handle to spout in length.
It is marked on the bottom in red " Lefton China, Hand Painted, Reg. U. S. Pat. Off.".
As you can see in these pictures the handle has been repaired, (not by me, I bought it repaired).
Still a very nice piece to own. Other than that I have not seen any other repairs, chips or cracks.
