Description

The listing, 26 Silver Plate Earring Wires ~ BRAND NEW ~ has ended.

Winner receives 26 (13 pair) of these new silver plated earring wires--brand new, with spring and balls (the kind I like). A few in each batch may be missing the springs or balls, so I included at least three or four extra earring wires in each bag!

Search natahoa (then specify the Arts & Crafts category) to see my other great beads and findings ... I also have these listed Get It Now for 50 pair of earring wires if you don't want to wait for this listing to end. Get your watch bid in now and come back to get 'em, a great deal!

Make your own jewelry ... very simple to do with the headpins I also have on Listai, with and without balls ...check out all the photos above and then check all of my other listings! Silver plate will work for most people with metal allergies too! Please keep all your silver plate jewelry and supplies IN the ziplock baggies I send to you, or they will tarnish in a few weeks ...!!!

I also have sterling earring wires on Listia in several choices of GIN lot sizes, but these silver plate earring wires are much more affordable. Many of my listings include photos of my designs, which you are more than welcome to copy or use for inspiration.

Free US and Canada shipping too! I ship on Tuesdays, after my auctions end Sunday and Monday nights~~frequently very good bargains, check them out!

Please do not ask me to fan you. If I'm a fan, you don't have to ask. No more fan begging please.

WARNING SCAM SELLER ... bio_cratos is selling LOTS of gift cards at LOW GIN prices and NOT sending them. I purchased two GIN from her. She never responded, then another Listia member warned me that she had sold at least $600 in gift cards recently and is not providing the gift codes.

I went on her MANY gift code listings and submitted a comment warning bidders about her. She has hidden them and blocked me, of course, so I can no longer post warnings on her listings but she is STILL listing gift cards.

This seller has substantial history/feedback so it is NOT OBVIOUS that this is a scam (i.e. not a new seller). I am seeing this more often ... a seller develops a good feedback history then pulls a BUNCH of scam auctions for gift cards. They get their credits immediately, of course, and probably spend them immediately.

Since I can no longer warn people by posting comments on HER listings, you might want to copy this warning for your own listings. Or, go onto her listings and post a warning like I did. I'm sure she will hide it and block you within a few hours, but it's worth saving someone else a lot of headaches.

Here's the link to her page so you can block her easily: http://www.listia.com/profile/77236

SCAM ALERT ... if you are bidding on a high-value item, like an ipod or other expensive electronic or jewelry item, particularly with a NEW seller, try this ... google the title and/or text of the item, then click on images -- you might see the SAME photos posted with an item for sale NOT on Listia!

A moderator just informed me that an Ipod I was bidding on was copied exactly from a craigslist ad ... photos, title and text. The seller, drewjohn32 (block him now) was answering a million comments, had a sad story (like so many Listia members), and I thought for SURE he was legit.

The point is, YOU can do the same thing as the moderators ... google search for an item that seems too good to be true, click on "images" at the top of the google search page, and if it is a scam you'll find the same item being sold on ebay, craigslist, or possibly another web site--copied, unbeknownst to the REAL seller of the item, and posted on Listia.

I think this is a GREAT tip!

Listia simply can't prevent people from coming here and perpetuating scams like this. It's up to ALL of us to police this site ... the mods can't do it all (but they do a pretty good job, IMO).

Also, feel free to copy and paste my message above on YOUR listings. I think this will help all of us feel there's something we CAN do to cut down on the scam listings and avoid a lot of disappointment this holiday season.

The advice in all of these comments can help all of us a lot, to learn how to spot them. Good luck and don't give up. We all run into scams on Listia, but it's worth the trouble!
