This is a very unique necklace sporting genuine gemstones. It was purchased for my grandmother a few years ago by me and my sisters.

The chain and pendant I believe are gold plated, and are both stamped with CHINA on each piece. As you can see in the pictures the main stone on the heart is a ruby so this would make a great gift for a mother or grand mother with a birthday in July.

The charms included come in only these colors--4 March Aquamarine charms, 1 May-Emerald Charm, 1 November-Topaz charm, and 1 Garnet-January Charm.

All the charms are removable from the heart so they can be customized as you can see in picture 5 how I have the heart open.
