Cartridge is in fair shape but it has a glaring "Blockbuster" blue sticker across its top as shown in the photo (I didn't want to take it off for fear of ruining the label underneath). No labels on the cartridge's backside. Rated "K-A" for "Kids-Adults" (the precursor to today's "E" rating).
