The listing, Authentic Amethyst & CZ Necklace And Earring Set--Free Shipping has ended.

Up for bidding is a beautiful authentic amethyst and cz necklace and earring set. I tried to take multiple pictures but they do not do this set justice. The necklace and earrings are sterling silver and are marked. I tried to take pictures of the markings but they come out blurry but they are there. These will come in the black box that I got them in.

The back story on this is that I bought this for my daughter for 60.00 from a woman on the local yard sale site. She told me that she paid 129.00 for them. I had a bad feeling about it once I met her because she had her husband to give it to me and she set in the car. I had no dealings with her husband about this at all so I could not figure out why she would set in the car. I decided to take it in to the local shop to have it looked at and the stones are not diamond like she stated they were. They are cz. The purple amethyst are real. He stated that since amethyst is usually inexpensive that they really dont try to make knock offs of those. I have had this set for a while and now I just want to get rid of it. I am out the 60.00 but one of my Listia friends will get a beautiful necklace and earring set.

awww :( I understand though.. Ive had crappy similar thing happen with one close friend.. well not so close anymore. but I know how you feel.

I am not really sure what you mean. I thought when something was marked 925 that it was 92.5% silver.

Hi Kelly! I wish that I could ship to Canada but the last time I did the lady said she didnt get it and got all 10,000 of her credits back. I know that she got it because a few weeks later she relisted the same thing that she had won from me. I was so mad. Maybe one of these days I will try it again but not right now. this is a nice set if it is marked 925 it is sterling silver, The big question is is the amethyst genuine or lab created how deep is the purple in them

That I am not sure of. It kind of turns from a light to dark depending on how the light hits them. Other than that I am no help at all. Sorry!
