Today, I am offering a brand new in the box, Monster High Great Scarrier Reef Frankie Stein doll. This daughter of Frankenstein is stunningly transformed into an electric eel when she is pulled down under with Lagoona Blue. Her signature black and white hair has blue streaks in it, and her eye makeup is more voltageous than ever. She comes with a brightly colored top, and an electric eel inspired belt. This doll has fins on her arms and her tail, and her tail fins glow in the dark. Frankie's curling tail makes it so the doll can stand on its own.
