Will it damage the wall when it comes off? And can it be peeled off one wall and put on another, or is it just a one time use?

I would say its probably one time use. It can very easily peel off the wall with no damage at all. It stays very well but I think if you tried to restick it, it probably wouldn't stay long to the second surface.
