Auction is for this folk art or country-style wall hanging measuring 5.5" in height. Based on appearance and another item I received with this piece, I believe this hanging is also made of vintage materials. I cannot swear to it as the hanging does not have a tag but... I am including a picture of the source tag from the other item. Make your own decision.
