this is for T Mobile but you can have it unlock and use it for any carrier.

I'll charge the one battery that Im gonna send it with. You can use a regular USB charger with this phone. The charger is not hard to find its a very common everyday charger that you can get from around $10. generic versions.

you need 1 more battery and a charger\power supply for both phones. It is a common USB type charger most cell phones use.

you have to have it unlock so you can use other SIM cards - about $25 to unlock it.
