I see one recipe calling for soy sauce. I don't see the word anywhere else but are there specific ingredients that I should look for that might contain soy? Recipes call for using Quaker Oats and Cereals. Would they contain soy? Sorry I am not that familiar.

There are alot of things that have soy but i replace them in recipes. Just wondering as it is a cookbook you are auctioning is very hard to find. Still bidding as i can change some ingredients in recipes. Thanks for responding.
