Antiqued Silver tone alloy, ornate setting "So there's this boy, he kind of stole my heart, he calls me mom" engraved necklace. Adorned with Faux pearl bead plus small heart & engraved " Mother" charm.

chain - 22"L plus 2"L ext.

I was wondering if instead of it saying, "mom" at the end, if it can be replaced with, "Grandma" by any chance?

And also, do you have it in a Keychain?

sorry this one need to be as is, but I do have some others with grandma on the end, and changing to a keychain is not a problem.
