What you are referring to is the law on emulators, where your allowed to use it up to 24 hours or something lame. Try google for now on before you make a bogus claim.

wrong again tettra if u own games and want to back up them to a r4 ,acekard etc u can if u own games its only wrong if u download rom files like i do but no one cares the sites wont come off and i have downloaded over 100 ds titles for my sons and me saves me $500-1,000 that i dont have or will ever have so im glad someone made these cards and copy the games they are far game when they are put online

Actually, there are perfectly legal uses for this cartridge - such as running homebrew games. Downloading commercial roms is illegal regardless of how many hours you keep them or whether or not you own the hard copy. If you feel that this "promotes piracy", then so does a DS system.

its 512mb the 4Gb is 4giga bit which is 512mb they do come in 16Gb or 2gig i might be able to get some of those soon yes ds xtreme company screwed up

only stuff on this card is the original folders and system files to run games i will not delete them they are crucial
