Can you please tell me what's the difference for a black sleeve or clear? I know one is see through and one is not is there any other reason someone would want a black sleeve over a clear? Thanks

The black sleeve is a flexible plastic and would only protect it from being scratched. It is also used in matches to separate one players card from another when battling. The clear plastic sleeve (it's called a top loader) but it is a hard plastic that will protect the card from bending as well as from being scratched.
