The listing, Metal Detector has ended.

Top of the line White's Spectrum XLT metal detector. Batteries included, Takes 8 AA batteries. Getting rid of this item because I have no time for this hobby anymore. I am also moving soon and downsizing on everything that I can.

Is there a nicad battery and charger - or only a holder for 8 AA batteries? Does this model display a picture of what may be buried such as nail, etc?

its only 8 aa batteries to my the best of my knowledge but i used it for 2 years before i had to replace and yes it displays the info on what it is and the estimated depth

How old is it? Seems like there two XLT releases? I see Whites has two different manual versions - "new" and "old".
