hello and welcome to this great listing. please look at every photo in detail for exact details i was able to get. the Listia sticker that you see, i am sending you that also! but what we have is a Graded Rare PGX Shadow No.1 Dynamite Comics. And then there is a un-graded Shadow No.1 from DC Comics. It will come in sleeve and backer board. and its not graded but in my opinion its in decent shape yet. does not look like it was ever read very much. I never read it, just collected it. do not even know who shadow character is to be honest with you. i saw this at the other famous auction site everyone knows about 3 years ago. it just got my attention that day, and i had the cash, so here it is as i seen it when i bought it. this comic alone the graded one costed me 120 dollars three years ago about now, and i have no honest clue what it is really worth? never knew then and do not know exactly now. i have never found another one like it cased by PGX.
