Thsi phoen is a warhorse! It took a lickin' and kept on tickin' . It sure did last me a long time. I almost feel bad letting it go. Obviously its not a smartphone, but boy is it great for texters. I know thats why I got it.

It's far from new and it has a lot of dings and scratches butit does work just fine, and yes it comes with the charger.

The phone flips 2 ways, 1 way to talk and dial and the other way to text on a nice QWERTY keyboard, something I wish my new phone had.

Great as a backup phone or just for someone not interested in a smartphone but wants to make their texting easier.

no guys you can't use a sim card in it, it's through verizon. the only carriers that use sim cards are at&t and t-mobile. carriers that use sim cards use GSM technology, verizon uses CDMA. totally uncompatible.
