Due to living in a small town, I'm forced to have a PO Box. I would bid, but I don't quite understand what your note implies: "PLEASE NOTE: P.O. BOXES AT THE BUYER'S RISK. (NO POSTAL GUARANTEE ON FIRST CLASS)" Could you please expand on that?

No worries, Some items may have a high $$$$ value but fit in a regular envelope. Normally you'd add DC (delivery confirmation) but that is not an option to a P.O. Box. DC to a P.O. Box is Priority or Express mail. For nail polish, it's not problem. If I remember correctly this will be first class parcel and will get there. I've NEVER had an item NOT get where it's suppose to go and I've shipped to P.O. Boxes.

I'll check it out but I don't use parcel post. I make sure it all goes first class and on some things priority (split items or too heavy for first class parcel).
