The listing, ASUS Laptop Computer, WORKS, for parts or repair.. has ended.

Asus laptop computer, it works, but needs hard drive replaced, or good for parts.. I am able to use it for a quite a while then it will freeze up and make a clicking noise. Battery is not holding a charge I have to leave it plugged in to work.. CPU: pentium dual core T4400 @ 2.20 GHZ this is what it reads at start up. I have to hit the F1 button every time to get it to start and then I have to click on start Windows normally, then it will start up.. Has Windows 7 Home Premium.. Please ask any questions you have and I will try to answer. This was my daughters computer not mine. I will ship for free but it may take a little bit longer than usual to send out, but should be within the week.. Please ask questions if need be, before you bid.. to measure the screen you go from bottom left to top right . that will give you the size of the screen . screen only not the trim around it . hope this helps .

That's what i did, what I wrote diagonally from screen to screen edge it was 18 inches and 19 inches if I included the case

I measured the screen looks like it's 18" from edge of screen to edge of screen, 19" from edge to edge of computer, if my 5 year old's toy measuring tape is correct, lol.. Sorry, it's all I have here :)

your coin battery might be dead...simple fix for the F key issue. Overheating might just need a fan replaced, or simply that it needs to be dusted...hope this helps. Fan issue if there is one, is the most difficult, dusting might just fix the heat issue. and I'm pretty sure it's a coin battery you need for the bios so it will boot. Had that issue recently on 8 year old desktop and replacement of old coin = no more boot issues
