New!! FEMALE MANNEQUIN HANGING TORSO - Hollow backed --STURDY hard plastic :D

SIZE is approximately a misses size SMALL to MEDIUM. I'd say up to a 10 to 12. Anything larger than that would need to be pinned to stay on bottom half for pants or skirts.

MEASUREMENTS are from edge to edge -see pics 3 & 4:
Shoulders - 17 3/4"
Bust - 18"
Waist - 14 1/5"
Hips - 17"

I cannot offer free shipping on this and depending on your zip code it will cost between $8.00 to 15.00. It weighs almost 3 lbs and would ship USPS Parcel Select Ground. Unfortunately it uploaded the wrong pic (I have two one that says free and another that doesn't) and I didn't catch it till there were bids placed. I will definitely make a note tho as a update. Once bids are placed you can't change anything unfortunately :/
