I have no clue,what this is? Its not a necklace,has like buttons to hang in front of you on your shirt.What they use to put in it,also unsure? Don't think it is silver,no markings.Measures 13" long.If anyone has an idea of what it it.It would be nice to receive some knowledge.Thanks for looking.

This is Afghan bridal jewelry, the bottle may have been for fragrant oils, the button like things were to attach it to the costume :)
