Up for bids is Jesse's Girl Eye Dust in Trouble Maker.

This is a loose pigment in a beautiful blue green color.The pigment is super fine and goes on great. It is highly pigmented, a little goes a really long way. I've used it one or twice but haven't touch it since. I don't need it anymore, so I thought it would be better to let someone else give it to good use.
