This is a necklace I made, Wish Upon A Star. I used a black 16 in. organza necklace with extender. The pendant consists of a filled glass vial (sealed), a blue gemstone star, black/silver bicone and crystal AB rondelle. All materials are new.

This necklace is being relisted because the previous winner could not follow through for some reason. If you are a winner you must follow the rules!
