The first picture is of the new kind that just came out that I just got like a day ago they're brand new and I also still have the previous gray square ones the white square ones and the gray round ones. If there's a particular kind you had before that you would like you can pick any four sets of your choice is up to you otherwise all automatically send out two packs of the new ones.

These are of quite high quality and can be reused many times as long as you keep the area clean with alcohol wipes. I'm a disabled Marine Corps veteran and these things seem to be the only thing that helps me with my neuropathy.
