It stopped holding a charge, so I replaced the battery and it still didn't hold a charge. Now it doesn't come on at all. It's been sitting around for about a year now.

That's it! Like I said it has been laying around for a while. If you bid and try to get it fixed that's your problem if it still doesn't work. It's not working.
