I would suggest having a higher wattage device I only use sub ohm tanks on mods 50watts or more I have no idea how much a spinner is but if it's like a ego I would not get a sub ohm tank for it. If u want the tank u will need to upgrade ur device too.. There are lots of options I can help u if u message me to find out what ur price range is ect. And where to buy.
