This is a vintage 1930's MEITO CHINA hand painted plate.
Orange flowers sit in the middle of a yellow band and a light green band above that.
This vintage plate measures 5 3/4 " in dia.
It is marked on the bottom in green and reads "MEITO CHINA , HAND PAINTED, MADE IN JAPAN".
There are no chips or cracks that I have seen. Excellent vintage condition.
