I can cut off the instructions from the Pellon. Basically. Get your iron as hot as the fabric that your applying the iron on onto an press in circular motion with firm pressure. Extremely easy. I suggest sealing the edges with a fabric paint or fabric glue

You can use fabric paint, fabric glue or if you sew ...zig zag. Like an applique
