To apply.
Clean and polish nail in desired background color. Let polish completely dry. Cut out desired decal. Soak in water. Wet nail with water to help it slide into position. Remove decal from paper and place on nail. When decal is completely dry, top with clear coat polish.

Thanks so much! I mean, when the faces are applied will it be a clear background or will it be white behind the faces? I know around the edges of them will be clear but in the photo it looks like the faces are white. I'm just wondering when they're applied will only the eyes and lips show or will there be a white background behind the lips and eyes? I don't think I worded it right the first time lol

Completely clear except the whites of the eyes. I just applied one to double check.
