The listing, !!! >IT'S A BIRD, IT'S A PLANE, IT'S A METEORITE< !!! has ended.
10 - 13% iron, and 1.0 grams these meteorites have a high magnetic frequency. as soon as you put a magnet anywhere near a meteorite it will grab it immediately and hold it tight.
on impact a typical meteorite will be travelling 30 - 40-thousand mph! if you think you found one, a good way to tell other than the magnet is to examine the texture. it should be smooth and shiny, if it has holes all over it , you probably have lava rock.
this one was said to have hit in april 2008.. this one is from argentina....i am expecting to get a call from the airport this week to pick up the ones that hit in the year 1516 and the first finders to claim it's find was in 1958... we found more of it and they just released them to us from nantan county guangxi province in china!
now this is real tangible history that can be yours too! i keep plenty for my showcases!
