This fun and flirty halter is in great condition. It is made of 100% cotton for those warm summer days. The off-white background is blended with a black design of flowers vines and leaves. There is a wide band of contrasting black at the waist for definition and the long ties tie at the neck. This would be super cute any day of the week and could even be dressed up at night with a great pair of jeans and a light jacket.
