The listing, 4 MOTHER OF THOUSANDS BABY PLANTS has ended.
4 babies from my Mother of Thousands plant. They have roots but will not be in a planter or in soil when shipped. They actually benefit from drying out a few days before being replanted. The plants I ship may not be the actual plants shown; I will ship the healthiest looking plants I have on hand. I have included pics of the plants in various stages. The plant that is blooming is the mother plant...2 pics were taken this winter while the plants were in my sun room. They grew over 8 feet tall & formed a canopy under the ceiling of my sun room. The last 2 pics were taken in the sun room trying to show the canopy overhead...the blooms are peach colored. The plants bloomed for months. They were breathtaking and no trouble to maintain. I only watered them 3 or 4 times during the cold weather. Three pics are of the same plant after I carried it back outside this morning. The blooms are fading but are still pretty. The babies in the pics fell off as I moved the mother. One pic is of some new plants that are growing from leaves from the mother plant placed on top of the soil in a planter. As you can see, the Mother of Thousands is the perfect plant for people who do not have a green thumb. They can be pruned or cut back if desired to prevent them from becoming leggy and tall as mine are. I have short ones also, and one pic shows one of my short Mother of Thousands about ready to start growing again. The can become dormant in the cold weather, but take off & start growing and producing other plants as soon as you begin watering them.
