If you've noticed the bought ones never get completely done even if you burn them. These are light, fluffy and golden, floats when done, moist inside . Drop by spoon full into hot oil or use a cake pop maker to cook half way and freeze individually for later use. Recipe makes about 35. I normally make a double batch, freeze them on trays and then bag. These are so good you can't eat just one or two. Great with fish or vegetables. Handwritten
