I acquired this from a friend years ago who didn't want this anymore and its been sitting in my cabinet drawer in my bathroom as well as the other one I have listed. This one works well and heats up fast. The light eluminates, but isn't bright. I'm guessing it's always been that way. The heat setting dial works, but doesn't go to #2. It turns to the other numbers fine. One screw is a little rusted on one side while the other one has more, but this doesn't effect its functionality. The power switch works great. Plates measure 1 1/4" x 4 1/16".
