Could it fit any Cabbage Patch? Because I have one that I got in the early 90's and I can't find anything to fit my Cabbage Patch.

Th one pictured is a 13in cabbie but it also fits 16in. Because of the way it's made it just drapes over the shoulders the hat fits both sizes as well if there aren't really thick pony tails but if there is you can put the hat on at an angle over only one pony tail. Depending on how stuffed the cabbie is can make a difference but again this opens in the back and drapes over the shoulders so it should fit with no problems:) The gloves will fit as well:) Hope that helps:)
