This is a "Vintage" Sterling 925 Ring so Elegant beyond my eyes. It was given to me from a large Plant owner here in SC. It does not fit me. I have kept this in my lock box and decided to finally depart with it for someone else to enjoy wearing it and fit them well. I do not think this is a real sapphire, but faceted very well. There's lots of *Sterling* everywhere since the ring is a large size and not only that, but the stone is very big & is surrounded with more sterling that's detailed, even with a heart.
