If you look at the photos, you can easily see there are some scuffs on the bottom. The label says “Made in Japan.” I have done research on the shakers, and find they are limited. Not many left, at least online. These are Niagra Falls Salt & Pepper Shakers, Vintage Souvenir set made of what I believe is a type of metal. I purchased the set at an estate sale. The woman called them the “Maid of the Mist” Ships. According to my understanding, the ships are handmade, but I am not an expert. The set measures 2 1/2” long and has the original stoppers. In the photos, you can see some wear from aging. The colors are sea blue, with hints of ocean green, and silver, which some of the silver tones has changed colors over the years. On the front, you see Niagra Falls inscription. On the side of the ship I see “Maid of the Mist” There is few scuffs on the bottom, signs of aging.
