Vintage 1960s. They are mostly bright orange and brown Halloween colors. The boxes had pretty much rotted, but said "Horrid Creatures" on them. The "creatures" are in perfect condition. Very little of this older gummy rubbery stuff has survived because it dries out easily. Several different types. These are unsold old stock .
