Are these rings from China by any chance? I know it shows marked 925, but alot of these from ebay that come from China are only silver plated. Learned the hard way myself...:0)

I don't want to sound negative in any way, but i personally have purchased dozens of rings from China that were marked 925 and when I had them tested they were all silver plated. A marking of .925 means it is a sterling silver ring. Are uou 100% positive that this ring is a genuine sterling silver ring. Marks don't meant anything anymore as I have learned the hard way. Please let us know if you are 100% positive this ring is sterling silver and not silver plated. thanks!!

Thanks for your fast response. The only way to be certain is have a test done on the ring like I did. It was a free test but will unfortunately cause the ring to be damaged, because the they have to take a small file and rub a spot so they can apply the solution. I'm sure not asking you to do this. The only reason I did this is because I purchased a few dozen rings all marked .925 real cheap. The cheap price concerned me so I had some rings tested and all of them were brass with silver plating over it. It was marked .925 which is a common practice by many sellers in some countries. I read your feedback and you have great feedback even when someone has purchased .925 jewelry from you. You can only go by what is stamped on the ring. It is a lovely ring and even if it was silver plating anyone would be happy to own this ring. Thanks and good luck on your auction.
