I do not believe that it will automatically renew or needs a credit card but I'm not sure. There is simply a redemption code that I will email you after the auction is over and with the redemption of that code you will get your membership. I haven't redeemed it so I don't know the exact process.

I checked the site. It does automatically renew if you don't cancel. You need a credit card or paypal.
