thank you so much for the kind words , my wife has taken on this task and has been taking care of her for two years now but she has become violent and uncontrollable at times, i am taking classes to become a cma so that i can help her, it has been a long hard road for her and its taking its toll on her as well. prayers will be greatly appreciated, and thank you for caring. god bless you.

yes you can but i strongly advise against it. sizing it will weaken the band and depending on whether you are up or down sizing can even change the whole look of the ring. but yes you can
